“My teaching is steeped in influences of the people I´ve worked and studied with. I´ve taken these influences, merged and morphed them into something that I at the moment call “Impetus Motus – Impulsive Movement Workshop”. I take the time to thoroughly warm up the body with a focus on spatial awareness, grounding, projecting and spinal work. Followed by floor work, movement sequences and/or improvisation. The workshop is suitable for dancers, circus artists, actors and movement enthusiasts.” – Janne Aspvik
